  • Customized Training & Nutrition Plans -Once the detailed intake assessment is complete to understand your goals, your schedule, your way of eating, obstacles that have stopped you in the past…etc. your program is developed. Adjustments are made throughout our time working together as milestones are reached. All training plans include a portion of strength training and a portion of conditioning/cardio. All nutrition plans will include details such as meal timing, meal frequency, supplementation…etc. Nutrition plan adjustments are made as needed throughout the time working together.

  • Lifestyle & Habits: If there are habits that do not serve you achieving your goals then we work together to recreate healthier ones. Sleep, stress management, balancing multiple priorities, travelling, prioritization, sustainability of your results are common topics that come forward through the weekly check-ins, and we work through solutioning these together.

  • Accountability & Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly formal check-ins allow us to remain on track, celebrate milestones and make adjustments to the plan as needed. Both objective and subjective data is collected from you on a weekly basis to review biofeedback.
