Meet your coach.

Hi, I’m Nalini.

Over the past 20 years I’ve coached children and adults of all ages and levels in martial arts, HIIT, strength training, kick boxing, and functional fitness..etc.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach, who has a huge passion for nutrition and holistic health.

But the more interesting part about me is…

I’m a mom of 3 young boys who truly values spending time with them and teaching them about exercise, proper nutrition and the importance of healthy living.

I spent most of my adult life working as a HR Professional and Manager in the Corporate world. Coaching and training part-time was my passion and my mental release. Between climbing the corporate ladder, raising three children, trying to keep up with healthy cooking, cleaning, kids extracurricular, and trying to keep my body and mind sane, I decided to leave my corporate leadership role, before it consumed me.

My full time mission is to inspire as many people as possible to start prioritizing their health and fitness, by taking the complication out of movement and nutrition. The rising numbers of obesity rates are astonishing and it saddens me that children are leading a sedentary life consumed by screens! If you’re a parent like me, you can positively impact your child’s life just by taking the control back for your own health and fitness. These little people look up to us and we can guide them to a long, healthy life by doing it for ourselves’ first.

The tenets of my life are humility, growth, respect and GRIT. These tenets appear as reoccurring themes in all of my programs- from 1:1 training to working with kids.

My programs are designed to make your time focused on exercise and movement the most effective as possible. Most of us do not have 2 hours to spend in the gym, lets get in and out, while still sweating and getting stronger.
