As parents, we understand the importance of providing our children with the best possible start in life. That’s why we believe in the power of Youth Fitness and early training.

During the teen years, bodies undergo rapid growth and development, making it an optimal time to introduce structured fitness routines. Regular physical activity not only helps teens maintain a healthy weight, but it also builds strong bones, muscles, joints; is linked to mental clarity and mood regulation and reduces stress.

Our Teen Program prioritizes safety and education, ensuring that teens learn proper lifting techniques and form to prevent injuries and establish a solid foundation for lifelong fitness. Our guided classes will build confidence, improve strength and boost conditioning.

YOUTH TRAINING CLASSES

Designed for 10-16 year olds:

With 4 weekly classes offered, 10-16 year olds in our program cover all the basis of generalized fitness such as: strength, speed, agility, coordination, stamina and power. Wolfpack offers two class types, both with different purposes but overall helping our youth improve by becoming stronger and better athletes:

  1. WOLFPACK POWERHOUSE is focused on building a safe foundation for strength training, power and mobility.

  2. APEX AGILITY is focused on agility and plyometric training to enhance athletic performance. This is a generalized sport skill program that can be applied to all sports.

Specialized youth sports training designed to help young athletes develop their skills, improve their performance, and build confidence on and off the field/ice/court/track..etc Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each athlete, whether they are beginners or looking to take their performance to the next level.

Training Options:

1. Private Training: 1-1 coaching with a dedicated coach focused on personalized skill development, strength, agility, and overall athletic performance. Perfect for athletes looking for highly specific attention and customized programs to achieve their goals

2. Semi-Private Training: (2 athletes) train with a teammate for a more dynamic experience. Athletes will benefit from personalized attention while fostering teamwork, healthy competition, and motivation within a training partner.

3. Small Group Training (3-5 athletes) Ideal for athletes who thrive in a team-like environment. This training focuses on skill enhancement, functional fitness, strength & conditioning while emphasizing collaboration and camaraderie.
