A holistic approach to Fitness means your eating, sleeping, stress management and lifestyle habits all play a part in how you achieve your fitness goals.

What is included in your Online Coaching package?

  • Are both major pillars in the online coaching package. Once the detailed intake assessment is complete to understand your goals, your schedule, your way of eating, obstacles that have stopped you in the past…etc. your program is developed. Adjustments are made throughout our time working together as milestones are reached. All training plans include a portion of strength training and a portion of conditioning/cardio.

    All nutrition plans will include details such as meal timing, meal frequency, supplementation…etc. Nutrition plan adjustments are made as needed throughout the time working together.

  • If there are habits that do not serve you achieving your goals then we work together to recreate healthier ones. Sleep, stress management, balancing multiple priorities, traveling, prioritization, sustainability of your results are common topics that come forward through the weekly check-ins, and we work through solutioning these together.

  • Weekly formal check-ins allow us to remain on track, celebrate milestones and make adjustments to the plan as needed. Both objective and subjective data is collected from you on a weekly basis to review biofeedback.

  • The 12-week online coaching package is $919 CAD.

I have been coaching clients online for several years by using methods that are tried, true and tested.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life from a young age; but it doesn’t mean I haven’t been through many of the similar challenges that most people go through with weight gain and body composition issues.

After having each of my 3 babies (via 3 c-sections), I felt like I had to start over again. After tearing my ACL during coaching a kickboxing class, I had to start over again. It is during these moments that I decided to become the strongest version of myself, and I did. Each time I was hit with adversity, I made the choice to come out of it a stronger and better version.

I can truly empathize with those who are struggling, don’t feel their greatest, and do not like who they see in the mirror. Each time I felt like this, I applied the principles that are in this program to work my way out of it.

The hardest part is believing you can do this. Once you truly believe this, you will take steps to start and I will be there to guide and teach you. There is never a reason not to move. Where there is a will, I will show you the way.

As your coach, my goal is to teach you during these 12 weeks so you can continue to apply what you learn after the 12 weeks into your life. This is what is going to help you maintain your results. The 12 weeks is just the beginning, and I’m here to guide you. The lessons you learn can be applied for the rest of your life.
