Kids who are active have a better chance of growing up to be confident and happy adults.

All of our kids & teen programs are focused on teaching children and teens that movement is a necessary part of life. With the rising obesity rates and the sedentary lifestyle that today’s children are leading due to the increased usage of electronics, we need to invest in the NEXT GENeration’s health.

Our programs focus on building strong bodies and strong minds.

A Typical Kids Fitness Camp Day

  • 9:00-9:15am: Drop-off & Welcome

  • 9:15-10:15am: Physical Activity #1

  • 10:15-10:45: Break & Snack Time #1

  • 10:45-11:45am: Activity #1 Wellness Project & Lesson

  • 11:45-12:45pm: Lunch Time & Discussions

  • 12:45-1:45pm: Physical Activity #2 Gym

  • 1:45-2:30pm Wellness Project & Lesson

  • 2:30-3:00pm: Break & Snack Time #2

  • 3:00pm: Pick-Up & Goodbyes
