Participants can register for the following options:

  1. Mon/Wed 9:30am

  2. Tues/Thurs 9:30am

  3. Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs 9:30am

Participants will only be permitted to attend the option they are registered for (if only registered for one option) Ie. If you are registered for Tues/Thurs you will not be permitted to attend Mon/Wed classes. You must register for both options to be allowed to attend all class days.

Program Details:

  • 5 Week Program with 3 options: 1. Monday/Wednesday 9:30am and 2. Tuesday/Thursday 9:30am or 2. All 4 class dates 9:30am

  • Classes start the week of April 21st (No class on Easter Monday April 21st) and end the week of May 19th

  • Class time: 9:30am

  • Class Duration: 45mins
