


5 Week Strength & Fitness Program May 2025
This program is exclusively for PointClickCare employees.
Participants can register for the following options:
Mon/Wed 9:30am
Tues/Thurs 9:30am
Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs 9:30am
Participants will only be permitted to attend the option they are registered for (if only registered for one option) Ie. If you are registered for Tues/Thurs you will not be permitted to attend Mon/Wed classes. You must register for both options to be allowed to attend all class days.
Program Details:
5 Week Program with 3 options: 1. Monday/Wednesday 9:30am and 2. Tuesday/Thursday 9:30am or 2. All 4 class dates 9:30am
Classes start the week of May 26th and end the week of Jun 23rd (No classes on Thurs May 29th, Mon Jun 2nd and Tues Jun 3rd due to PCC gym construction)
Class time: 9:30am
Class Duration: 45mins
Location: PointClickCare Mississauga Head Office
Level: Beginner through to Advanced (participants will be challenged based on their

Whether you’re beginner, intermediate or advanced when it comes to the gym, both class options will take into consideration your fitness level and challenge you, while keeping exercise safety as the number one priority.
Get ready to embrace a stronger, healthier version of you, starting with building the habit, or continuing to solidify the habit of committing to your fitness within these 7 weeks!
No previous strength training experience is required.
