About the Series:
This 7-part workshop series is designed to help you move better, train smarter, and feel stronger in your everyday life and workouts. Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to fine-tune your form, each session will give you practical tools to improve mobility, prevent injury, and build a solid foundation of strength.
Who It’s For:
These workshops are perfect for beginners, desk workers, weekend warriors, and anyone who wants to better understand how their body moves. No experience needed—just a willingness to learn and a desire to feel your best inside and outside the gym.
No previous strength training experience is required.

May 7th 10:30-11:30am- Gym 101: How to Use Gym Machines Safely & Effectively (Free Session) SOLD OUT so a second date has been added on Monday, May 12th 10:30-11:30am
New to the gym or unsure how to use the equipment properly? This hands-on session will walk you through the most common gym machines, teaching you how to set them up, adjust for your body, and use them safely and effectively. You’ll leave with the confidence to navigate the gym and get the most out of your workouts.
May 14th 10:30-11:30am – Pelvic Floor Restore
Learn how to properly engage and strengthen your pelvic floor for better core stability, improved posture, and reduced risk of injury. This session will cover breathwork, activation exercises, and functional movements to restore and maintain pelvic floor health, essential for both fitness performance and everyday movement.
May 21st 10:30-11:30am– Bulletproof Your Joints: Hips & Lower Back
Tight hips and lower back discomfort are common issues, especially for those who sit a lot or lift weights. In this session, you’ll learn key mobility drills, activation exercises, and strength strategies to improve hip function, reduce lower back strain, and enhance overall movement quality.
May 28th 10:30-11:30am – Bulletproof Your Joints: Knees & Ankles
Knee pain and ankle stiffness can limit mobility and athletic performance. This workshop will focus on improving joint stability, strengthening the surrounding muscles, and enhancing mobility to prevent injuries and move pain-free. Perfect for runners, lifters, and anyone looking to keep their lower body strong and resilient.
Jun 4th 10:30-11:30am– Bulletproof Your Joints: Elbows, Shoulders & Neck
If you experience shoulder tightness, elbow discomfort, or neck strain, this session is for you. Learn how to improve shoulder mobility, strengthen stabilizing muscles, and correct movement patterns to reduce pain and improve upper body function. Great for anyone who lifts, works at a desk, or struggles with nagging upper body aches.
Jun 11th 10:30-11:30am– Mastering Foundational Movement Patterns: Squat
The squat is a fundamental movement, but poor mechanics can lead to inefficiency and injury. This session will break down proper squat technique, address common mobility restrictions, and provide drills to help you squat with better depth, power, and control. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, you’ll refine your form for stronger, safer squats.
June 18th 10:30-11:30am – Mastering Foundational Movement Patterns: Hinge (Deadlift)
Master the hip hinge and deadlift to build strength while protecting your lower back. This session will focus on proper deadlift mechanics, hip engagement, and common form mistakes. You’ll learn how to hinge effectively, activate the right muscles, and lift with confidence.
June 25th 10:30-11:30am – Mastering Foundational Movement Patterns: Press (Horizontal & Vertical)
Pressing movements are essential for upper body strength, but poor form can lead to shoulder discomfort or inefficiency. In this session, you’ll learn how to optimize your overhead and horizontal pressing technique, improve shoulder stability, and build pressing strength safely and effectively.
