Time: 9:00am-3:00pm
Location: 5757 Kennedy Rd. Unit 1
EARLY-BIRD RATE April 15, 2025
CAMP CURRICULUM & ACTIVITIES:
During our camp, children will learn about the importance of fitness, healthy living and nutrition through hands-on art, activities and games. Children will be challenged physically through fun exercises, drills and obstacles.
This program is intended to teach children confidence, team building, exercise safety, growth mindset, and putting an effort into what they do. Some of our activities will include goal setting, healthy nutrition conversations, conditioning drills, weight lifting, physical team challenges, running.
The days will be spent between workout/fitness time, sit-down creative projects and learning about wellness, health and nutrition topics.
No previous exercise experience required.
T-SHIRT:
All participants will receive a Camp T-shirt that they will wear for the week.

A sibling discount can be used by selecting the 2-camper option. If you choose this you will only be able to submit camper details for one child online. Please email the camp details for the second child to hello@nalinifit.com.
