Teen 1/2 Day Fitness & Wellness Camp
Summer ½ Day Camps for Kids Grade 7 to 11
Dates to choose from: July 15, 17, 29, 31 & Aug 19, 21
Time: 1:15pm to 4pm
Location: 5757 Kennedy Rd. Unit 1
TEEN CAMP CURRICULUM & ACTIVITIES:
Keep your teens active, engaged and off-screens this summer with our teen fitness and wellness camps. Our half-day camps are designed for grade 7-11 and combine fitness workouts and hands-on wellness projects to help teens build strength- both physically and mentally.
Each camp session will focus on a different themes, including:
Using Nutrition as Fuel - learning how to eat for energy and performance
Building Strong Habits- developing routines that support long term success
Developing Grit- teaching tactics on how to overcome obstacles
Teens will leave each session with new skills, confidence and a sense of accomplishment. They’re encouraged to register with a friend or make new connections during the camp!
No previous exercise experience required. All levels are welcome.
