Who is this event for? This event is for women, girls, boys, men, parents, teens, and allies. It’s designed to support women while also including the people who love, raise, and stand beside them.
Is this a family-friendly event? Yes! This is a family-friendly, inclusive event. Kids are welcome, and several topics are designed to support parents, girls, and boys.
Do kids need a ticket? Kids under 4 attend free (no ticket required). Kids 4 and up require a ticket. Tickets can be used for adults or kids — mix and match however works for your family.
Do I have to attend every session? Nope! This is a walk-around, mini-summit style event. You can move between talks, vendor booths, and creative stations at your own pace.
Will there be food? Yes — light refreshments will be provided.
How long is the event? This event runs from 1-430pm. You don’t need to stay for the entire time — come for what feels right for you.
Will there be vendors? Yes! We’ll have a curated selection of local vendors, wellness services, and creative stations to explore throughout the event.
Is this a workout or fitness event? No — while the event is hosted at Wolfpack, this is a community, education, and connection-focused event, not a workout.
What should I bring? Just yourself and your people! Comfortable clothing is recommended. Some creative stations may include small add-on purchases.
Are tickets refundable? Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. You’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member if needed.
Where will this take place? The event will be held at Wolfpack Athletic Club.
How can I support the event if I can’t attend? Sharing the event, inviting friends, and supporting our business and our vendors means the world to us.
Can I come late or leave early? Yes — this is a flexible, drop-in style event. Come when you can, stay as long as you’d like.
Is this event suitable for teens? Yes. Many topics are relevant for teens and pre-teens, especially confidence, leadership, and emotional development.
Is there childcare available? This is a family-friendly event, but dedicated childcare will not be provided. Children remain the responsibility of their caregivers.
Can I attend if I’m not a Wolfpack member? Absolutely. This event is open to the public — you do not need to be a Wolfpack member to attend.
Are there additional costs once I’m inside? Most of the event is included with your ticket. Some vendor booths or creative stations may offer optional paid add-ons.
